★☆☆☆☆ I received the product on Thursday, and it’s now Sunday- I’ve only had it a few days and it hasn’t worked from the day I received! It only has one level of heat- barely warm at all. I’ve reached out to the company and no response. Don’t waste your money! Scam and faulty product! No customer service

★★★★★ I purchased this heating pad early November 2019. It has been used on a daily basis since and has worked very well until a couple of weeks ago. at that time it stopped working and a connection error code appeared on the control panel. When I first received it, I registered the purchase with Pure Enrichment, which gave me a 5 year replacement warranty. I was amazed how easy the replacement process was. I contacted the company by email, and they were back to me in a matter of hours about how to proceed. By the next day, an new replacement was on the way to me with no need to send the old one back. They said it should arrive within 7-10 days from California to Kitchener Ontario, Canada. It did arrive 10 days later, and I am a very satisfied customer, and will purchase their products again when the need arises. I do hope the new one will last longer than the old one, but their customer service is excellent.

★☆☆☆☆ Issues with heat levels and staying warm. Very disappointed, it's almost useless as it's unreliable and not hot. Fininding it's only warm for a little bit at the start then it fades and never recovers regardless of the heat setting.

★★☆☆☆ Terribly bright. No settings to adjust the brightness. It's simply a bright, white light that quite literally blinds you and is unusable. 2 stars because it is well built but the light itself is awful.

I have no doubt winter blues is a thing but if you are generally just stressed out and your life sucks like mine did at the time of purchase and it still does then no amount light bulbs will light up your life.You have to actually change your life not the amount of light in your life. Again I said I am not doubting SAD but I suspect majority of the people just hate their lives and Winter seems to highlight that our lives are crap and we are cold.So maybe the light helped me to realize that but sent it back. FYI its just a bright light. Stare into a light bulb like a 120v and you will get a sense of what this is. It is a bright white light. No warmth. You will not feel like you are suddenly on a warm beach in Mexico. You will just be blinded by a light and your life will be the same as your eyeballs adjust. Dont look at it directly btw.Did I mention it's just a light?

So don't think this will correct anything if you aren't gonna be dedicated with itI can still slouch when wearing it, but it does remind me to keep my back straight, and it pulls back my shoulders a bit which helps tooIt's useful, but obviously not perfectI've only worn it for a few days, but I can already find myself being more conscious of keeping my back straight because of it

★★★★★ Only had it for 3 days so far but i'm really liking it. I've been wearing it twice a day for about 3 hrs at a time while working at my desk. I need to take it off to give my lower back a break because it's not used to being upright for so long... So I think that means it's working!Granted, it's the first and only posture corrector I've used but it's definitely helping me keep my posture upright. Sure, I can still slouch while wearing it, but this definitely makes me think to correct that. It seems to be of high quality materials - all the straps etc seem strong and work well. I don't have any issues with bits slipping or riding. And i don't use the extra armpit pads - haven't needed them.One thing - I'm not sure if others are finding it affects your breathing as well? With my shoulders back it opens my chest up and i find i am needing to breath deeper. Sounds weird. Feels weird. Not bad, just not used to breathing so deeply while sitting. I assume that's a good thing... just not something i was expecting.Overall, i'm really liking this and i can feel my back getting stronger already.
