The Pebble Time Round is once again in the spotlight with the launch of two new versions of the limited edition smartwatch.
The Pebble Time Round now offers a limited edition, a gold version and a silver version. These two small round stainless steel smartwatches look pretty classy and very successful.
I really like these finishes in polished gold and polished silver with a smoked black dial. If you like them too, you can find out more about them on the Kickstarter crowdfunding site. You will see, they share the poster with Pebble Time 2; which I find much less aesthetic. If you want to buy one, you will have to pay $ 199. If you choose a 298 dollar pack, you will receive a TimeRound and a Pebble 2. Shipping is scheduled for September 2016. For France, shipping costs amount to 30 dollars.
So far, the campaign has raised more than $ 11 million from more than 58,000 people. If this watch really appeals to you, I can only advise you to order your watch now because I am not sure that it will be available after the campaign. It is clearly mentioned that this is a limited KickStarter version. After that it may just be a marketing argument … The only information that could corroborate that is the number of watches available. There are only 3000 available.
