Ingredients for steamed dumplings

250
g flour

teaspoon salt

the filling:

1
leek

200g
minced pork tenderloin

1
clove garlic

1
tablespoon soy sauce

1
egg white

tablespoons of sesame oil

for
the sauce:

tablespoons of soy sauce

tablespoons vinegar

pinch of ground pepper

Preparation 

Sift
flour with salt, make a well in center and pour in 15 ounces of warm water.

 

Knead
the dough until it is smooth. Form a ball and let rest 30 minutes.

 

Meanwhile,
prepare the filling: Clean the leek and discard the green and tough leaves.

 

Chop
finely. Gently return 4-5 minutes chopped leek in two tablespoons of oil with
the garlic clove. Remove and replace with ground pork tenderloin.

 

Cook
2-3 minutes. Let cool.

Mix
the leek with meat, egg white, soy sauce and a tablespoon of sesame oil soup.

 

Spread
the dough thinly and cut out discs or 8 9 cm in diameter. Spread the filling in
the center of each disc of dough and form small purses. *

 

Bake
with steam for about 20 minutes.

 

Prepare
the sauce by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic and chili paste.

Serve
hot dumplings with sauce on the side.

Drain and dice pimientos. In skillet over medium 12-high heat, cook ground
beef, green pepper, and onion, stirring occasionally, until, meat is browned
and onion and pepper are tender. Stir in water, tomato paste, pimientos, and
sauce mix; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover; simmer
15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare ziti as label direct. Drain. Serve meat sauce
over ziti.
