The small screen of Sony SmartGlass measures 0.5 cm; it is therefore very discreet but will still allow you to view the information. In terms of weight, the device is quite light; which is essential for SmartGlass. Of course, they are waterproof.You can sweat heavily without being afraid of drowning your glasses.
