We remember SARS-COV-1, the virus at the origin of a epidemic in China in 2003. It is the same family of viruses which is at the origin of this pandemic. If many more people recover from this disease than those who die from it, the damage could be very real in the elderly and / or chronically ill, in our health systems and in the global economy.
