They were both quick to fix the issue with the quantity ofy order.I have purchased about 100 of these and they are a great product to protect your games. Only thing I noticed was that some batches have a better clarity than others. Some cases are.super clear while others seem a bit cloudy. will order more in the future.The product is great but i only received half my order. The item description clearly states 50 per order yet i only received 25. These are perfect to save your gamecube or Playstation 2 games; perfect fit. Ps4 & PS3 games fit in as well nonetheless. Very satisfied with this product: durable plastic, well built and easy to assemble! Price could be cheaper, video games collectors need big quantities of these, gets expensive!
sucks that I had to buy so many. I only needed 1 for an autographed dvd cover. but still, they did their job and the others might come in handy in the future.
