A palace-like hotel
15 km from the international airport, to the east of Marrakech, the hotel is located in the heart of the countryside, in the heart of an area of eleven hectares of citrus orchards and olive groves. Entering these places that seem steeped in history, one feels like immersed in a tale of a thousand and one nights. The illusion is perfect, because in reality the hotel was indeed built during the last decade, to finally open its doors in December 2019.
Majestically placed in front of the often snow-capped peaks of the Atlas, the hotel offers a splendid view. You can revel in it while strolling through its large estate with Mediterranean colors and the smell of orange blossoms. It is a particularly peaceful place, only 20 minutes from the center of Marrakech.

Majority of rooms have private plunge pools
The hotel’s 84 suites display refined luxury. They are inspired by the Arab-Andalusian style with touches of modernity to please everyone. Divided into five categories, the rooms, suites and villas all seem larger than each other, between 70 m² and 355 m² in area. All benefit from a private outdoor space, which is decorated with a 9 meter private heated swimming pool for the vast majority of rooms.
The volumes are grandiose. The Royal Suite impresses with its long swimming pool, its high vaulted ceilings and its magnificent views of the orchards and the Atlas mountains.
The Oberoi Marrakech is just perfect for a romantic stay, but it can just as well be enjoyed with family or friends. Indeed, the hotel adapts to all requests, and several suites can be connected by connecting doors if necessary.
The brightest spa in Marrakech
The Oberoi spa is a small oasis surrounded by a pond, and the perfect place to chase away all your worries. Here too, there is space, because the spa spreads over no less than 2000 m².
