This solution – requiring no installation – thus allows access to a doctor in a few minutes in all pharmacies and to carry out a more detailed teleconsultation using smart health connected medical devices.
Teleconsultations in pharmacies: how does it work?
The pharmacist can offer a teleconsultation if a doctor's opinion is required. This takes place in a private space, equipped with a computer or tablet. The patient can then bring medical devices1 adapted to his symptoms while being accompanied by the pharmacist. These materials can thus transmit precise medical measurements to the doctor, and help the latter to make its diagnosis.

A 100% reimbursed treatment course opposite the Covid-19
With the flexibility of telemedicine by the government in the epidemic context, access to teleconsultation is simplified: all patients can use this practice even if they do not have a treating physician. This means that anyone wishing to make a teleconsultation – in a pharmacy or at health home – will be fully covered by Health Insurance until May 31, 2023.
