At the Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco, California, there was a glimpse of the Fossil smartwatch for the first time. The first small disappointment: Apparently the watch has the same “plates” as the Motorola Moto 360.
Have in September 2014 Fossil and Intel announcedto do something together – and promised several smartwatches and other wearables. Now, almost a year later, there are concrete things to see for the first time: At the Intel Developer Forum 2015, a selection of various fossil wearables was on stage during a keynote.
Among other things, there was also a smartwatch that reminds of the Moto 360 with its thick and metallic-looking housing and a leather strap – and unfortunately also brings the "plates" of the Motorola smartwatch, i.e. the unsightly black bar at the bottom of the screen.

The Fossil smartwatch is somewhat reminiscent of Motorola's Moto 360.
Unfortunately, there were no technical data for the products yet – given the partnership, one can assume that "Intel Inside" is under the hood. Intel and Fossil apparently rely on Android Wear for the operating system, at least for one of the various devices.
Prices or even names of the individual devices have not yet been announced. However, Fossil has promised that the devices will be launched on time for the Christmas business.
