
Five spice tofu
Ingredients for five spice tofu

g of soy cheese celery five perfumes
seasoning
sunflower
oil salt

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp chopped chives

Steps five spice tofu :
1.
Prepare, wash and chop soy cheese to the five fragrances. Rinse, drain and chop
celery diagonally.
2.
Add celery, 1 pinch of salt and ½ c.à.c sunflower oil in boiling water. As soon
as the water boils again, remove the celery.
3.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, fry the spring onions over high heat. Add soy
cheese to the five perfumes and sauté over high heat, adding 1 pinch of salt
and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
4.
Add the celery, 1 pinch of salt and glutamate, sauté for 2 minutes. Pour It Up.

Chinese Won Ton Preparation
Combine
all ingredients except wrappers & chop to a hash. Place 1/2 teaspoon of
mixture in each wrapper; dampen edges of wrapper & fold diagonally. Dampen
two opposite corners of the triangle, fold the two narrow ends together in
center & press tightly. Fold the third & center corner back to stand up
& away from the filled part. Fry in deep fat until light, golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.

Stir-Fried Vegetables over Rice Preparation
1.
In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, saute onion, garlic, and
gingerroot in sherry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add bok choy,
broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and broth. Cover and steam until vegetables
are tender-crisp (about 5 minutes). 2. Add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute. In a
small bowl combine five-spice, soy sauce, and arrowroot. Add to stir-fry and
cook until mixture thickens (about 1 minute). Serve hot. Note: Chinese
five-spice powder, a blend that typically includes fennel seed, cloves, Szechuan peppercorn, cinnamon, and anise, is available in
Chinese markets.
