Faced with the coronavirus pandemic which has spread all over the world since last January, the President of the Republic has decided to take measures to reduce contact and travel to the bare minimum throughout the territory as of Tuesday 17 March, for a minimum of 15 days.
Exceptions to the certificate are however possible, in particular in the context of travel between the health home and the place of exercise of the professional activity, when they are essential for the exercise of activities which cannot be organized in the form of telework or business trips cannot be postponed.
