Steps Chinese salmon salad:

1.
Cut the salmon into slices and place in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, mix and
marinate for 10 minutes.

2.
Wash the cucumber and onion, cut into cubes, respectively.

3.Add
hard-boiled egg, chop and set aside.

4.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the salmon and fry over low heat, then remove
and chop.

5.
In a bowl: add the cucumber, onion, chopped egg, chopped salmon, cheese and mix
well. Pour It Up.

Pasta Salad Preparation

 

Wash
and trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water to
cover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles in
plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with cold
water and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper,
cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame
oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressing
over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.

Steamed Sponge Cake Preparation

Add sugar gradually until all is used, beating throughout. Add lemon extract.
Continue beating. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and sift over egg mixture,
folding in lightly. Pour into slightly greased pan or a pan sprayed with a food
release. Steam for 20 minutes. Before serving, sift powdered sugar over cake.
COMMENTARY: In steaming foods, condensed steam can be prevented from dripping into
the item being steamed by placing a dish cloth under the lid.
