
Chinese cumin beef
Ingredients

g beef

g onion Seasoning

tbsp Shaoxing wine

tbsp light soy sauce salt

potato starch tbsp

small chilli

tbsp white sesame

Steps:
1.
Cut the beef into cubes of 1 cm square. Put them on a plate, add 1 c.à.c
sunflower oil, 3 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, salt, 2 tbsp .s
potato starch and 3 tbsp ground cumin. Mix them and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion into pieces, pepper in small circles, chop chives and ginger.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, when hot, add the beef and stir-fry quickly
over high heat. Once the color turns white oxen, remove them.

Heat the sunflower oil in the pan, add the chives, ginger and chilli. Sauté
briefly and then add the onion. Sauté briefly and then add salt.
5.
Add the oxen, 3 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp white sesame. fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tbsp
light soy sauce and fry evenly. Serve.

tb Cold water

ts Light soy sauce

ts Crushed fresh garlic

and pepper to taste

ts Sesame seed oil

Chinese Greens Preparation
Soak
the black mushrooms in hot water 10 minutes. Drain and remove tough stems. Heat
the oil in a wok over high heat. When it is medium-hot, add the ginger and
garlic and stirfry a few seconds. Add the broccoli, celery, bamboo shoots,
black mushrooms, button mushrooms, green pepper, tomato, straw mushrooms and
celery cabbage. Stir-fry 3 minutes. Add the wine and Chicken Stock. Stir in the
cornstarch mixture until thickened. Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame
seed oil. Stir to mix and serve immediately. Don”t overcook the vegetables.
They should be crisp, yet cooked.

Style Cabbage Preparation
Heat
shortnening in skillet. Drop in vegetables, stir well. Cover tightly. Steam 5
minutes on medium heat, stirring several times. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately. Serves 4 – 6.
