The French company PIQ has just announced that it has partnered with the Rossignol ski equipment company. The purpose of this partnership: a performance sensor which will be placed on the belts of your ski boots.
PIQ will therefore market a waterproof sensor equipped with a gyroscope, an accelerometer, a magnometer, etc. This small sensor will allow skiers to know, for example, their top speed. Whether you are an amateur or professional skier, this small sensor should interest you.
Obviously, this little sensor is smart health connected and therefore works with an application. Available for Android and iOS, you can even consult your statistics in real time. All the data can be stored in order to consult them warm in front of a good raclette or a good fondue. Thanks to the application, you will also be able to share your performance on social networks and with other PIQ users.

The PIQ sensor is not the first sensor offered by the French brand. We remember in particular the Babolat sensor for tennis or the Mobitee sensor for golfers. Besides, you will be able to use one of these two sensors for skiing by simply adding a strap.
If you are going to hit the slopes soon, know that the PIQ sensor is available for pre-order for 149 euros until January 12. Then it will cost you 198 euros. If you already have the sensor for tennis or the sensor for golf, you will only have to buy the strap for skiing. It is offered at a price of 49 euros.
