How to eliminate slowness problems from your browser?

Is your PC slow when you surf the web? You barely open a few pages and notice a big slowdown? ABSMARTHEALTH gives you a few tips for eliminating or reducing the slowness of your browser.

The Navigator The Internet is probably the tool we use the most when we are in front of our computer. After a while, often after opening several tabs or several pages, it may start to slow down, making navigation frustrating, even painful. Nevertheless, there are a few manipulations to be carried out to eliminate the problems of slowness or at least reduce them considerably. You must first delete all the unnecessary files, i.e. empty its cache, its temporary files and its Cookies. Then you have to deactivate the extensions or even reset your browser if the worry endures. ABSMARTHEALTH tells you how to do it.

Google Chrome

  • Delete unnecessary files

First click on theicon "Customize and control Google ChromeAt the top right of the browser. A menu appears, move the cursor to "More tools". A sub-menu is displayed, click on "Clear navigation data".

On the news window , choose "All periods" from the drop-down menu and check the "Browsing history", "Cookies and other site data "and" Cached images and files ". Then click on the "Clear data" button.

Some extensions are resource intensive and can contribute to slowing down your browser. In these cases, you should delete the ones you don't need and deactivate the others. To do this, bring up the menu again by clicking on the icon "Customize and control Google Chrome ", move the cursor to" More tools "and then go to" Extensions ".

A window with all the extensions of your browser appears. Click on "Delete" to permanently delete the ones you do not use. Disable the others by clicking on the button at the bottom right of each extension box.
