a smart health connected watch that takes care of your beauty

Using an army of sensors, the Time-C smart health connected watch keeps an eye out for anything in the air that could damage your skin.

You can already protect your skin from overexposure to UV rays or air pollution thanks to smart health connected devices. Small problem, it is necessary today to combine several to benefit from all this. The French startup IEVA wants to rectify this by combining these features (and many others) in a single object.

Called Time-C, the machine at slightly retro design should help us to slow down the signs of aging and the passage of time. Before our article looks too much like an ad for L’Oréal, let's discover this smartwatch.

For the Time-C, IEVA opted for a hybrid smart health connected watch

Like some Fossil models, the Time-C is therefore a so-called hybrid smart health connected watch. In this sense, it has mechanical needles. But unlike its competitors, it is able to analyze air.

Thus, we find CO2 and volatile organic compound sensors. The recorded measurements are then cross-checked with data from the European Union’s Copernicus program. In addition, the device tracks the temperature room, thehumidity, the brightness as well as the level of noise.

Finally, the smartwatch will particularly protect you from UV with monitoring of UVA and UVB rays, an alert telling you when to seek shade. The idea is therefore to teach the user to maintain his skin and to direct him towards care corresponding to his needs.

So that you also take care of your health in general

But Time-C is not confined to the skin and offers most of the fitness functions of a classic hybrid smartwatch. Thus, we can count on a frequency sensor or a monitoring of activities and sleep.

A pulse oximeter diagnoses sleep apnea and identifies possible environmental causes.

Activity level, temperature, heart rate, humidity and UV rays can be viewed directly on the watch (the hands rotate to indicate their values). However, you will have to look at the level of all the other factors on your smartphone via a mobile app dedicated. It also gives you access to many tips for keeping fit and a fresh look.

If you are interested, the Time-C smart health connected watch will be available for sale towards the end of the year in three finishes: Steel, Rose gold and Gold. However, you will have to count between 490 and 1000 euros to get it.
