Ingredients

Steps:

1.Coupez
carrots and green pepper julienne respectively.

In a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
chopped chives, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 potato starch and 3 tbsp tbsp of
water. Mix well to get the sauce.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add the carrots and sauté for 1 minute.
Add salt and sauté until the carrots change color. Remove them.

Put the chopped red pepper to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the
