clove garlic, peeled and crushed

fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Preparation

Preheat
oven to 190 ° C. In a glass bowl, mix the hoisin sauce with garlic, ginger, soy
sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

 

Add
the chicken thighs and soak the mixture well. Cover and let marinate 3-4 hours
in refrigerator, turning the thighs occasionally.

 

Place
chicken thighs in a baking dish and let them roast 30 minutes, basting several
times with the remaining marinade in the bowl.

 

Cut
the cucumber in half lengthwise and, using a teaspoon, remove seeds, then cut
it into small sticks purposes.

 

Cook
the pancakes steamed. Finely chop the hot chicken and arrange on plate with
onions, cucumber and sheets of dough.

 

In
the center of each crepe hot, spread a spoonful of chicken, a few pieces of
cucumber, onion and a little sauce with sweet peppers. Roll and enjoy
immediately.

meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 baking dish.Cover with clear plastic
wrap;vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish.Micro cook on 100%
(HIGH) for 6 to 8 minutes or until done,turning the meat and rearranging
once.Let meat stand,covered,while preparing sauce. For sauce,in a 2 cup
microwave safe measure cup,stir the soup,yogurt, and wine.Stir in
mushrooms.Cook,uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through,stirring
once.Transfer the meat to a serving platter. Pour the sauce over.Sprinkle with
paprika,if desired.Makes 6 servings.
