Airelles Val d’Isère is like a very large chalet made of gray stones and wood. Its architecture is inspired by that of Savoy, and its decor by medieval nobility. In a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, Nothing is left to chance. Even the employees are elegantly dressed in old-world attire.

The suites have a living room with a sofa bed and are composed of one or two bedrooms. The “Junior Suite Prestige Snow Front with Norwegian bath” is undoubtedly one of the most coveted. On the fifth and top floor of the hotel, the various private apartments offer an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains: the Solaise mountain from the Bellecombe apartment or the Bailletta mountain from the Chantemerle apartment. In addition to stunning views, these apartments offer enough space to accommodate groups. In particular, they have several bedrooms with private bathrooms (with shower-hammam and bathtub), a balcony, a kitchenette, and benefit from the services of a dedicated butler. Some of them are specially designed for families with bunk beds and a play area.

The elegant Guerlain spa

Surrounded by arcades, the hotel spa is also very elegant. It is therefore no surprise that we find the prestigious Guerlain brand associated with the hotel’s wellness centre. With 80 years of experience, Guerlain offers expert treatments that awaken the senses. From the start of the treatment, you can also choose your own olfactory theme. The spa menu lists many treatments and massages, from the most classic to exclusive treatments, specially created for Airelles Val d’Isère.

Le Royaume des Neiges is, for example, a body and face massage aimed at releasing muscle tension, while the Immunity Shield aims to eliminate toxins through a clever mix of a Guerlain massage and an osteopathy session. Their combination increases tenfold the draining and relaxing effects of the massage. The spa actually offers osteopathy sessionsfocusing on different objectives:

  • to better adapt to body changes due to pregnancy
  • to boost your immune system
  • for top athletes
  • to stimulate the lymphatic system and blood circulation thanks to the method of skin suction inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine: cupping.

To vary the pleasures, the spa welcomes its guests in two different lounges: one of them is devoted to hand, foot and leg care, while the other is dedicated to body care, with horizontal showers. In addition to wellness treatments, other beauty treatments are on the menu, as well as the Maison de coiffure Christophe-Nicolas Biot.

In winter, the natural lake of Tignes 2100 is dressed in a surface of one to two meters of ice. With the sun, the ice only melts and then freezes again, creating a breathtaking play of light and shadow. The hotel offers to discover the lake under the ice, accompanied by a qualified diving instructor.
