
Four colors ravioli
Four colors ravioli signify a wish for good future.As
a traditional Chinese pasta, ravioli are indispensable for the Chinese New
Year.
Ingredients
200
g flour (medium protein content)
250g
minced pork
6
tbsp chopped parsley
3 eggs

green beans

carrot

g sturdy black fungus
seasoning
salt

tbsp light soy sauce
1
tbsp Shaoxing wine
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp powder to the thirteen vegetables

Steps four colors ravioli:
1.
Soak the ginger and spring onion in water, although pinch and form the ginger
juice and chives. Mix ground pork by pouring water ginger and spring onion (500
g pork 150 g of water).

Form a band with the dough. Then cut into cartons.
8.
Flour the work surface, press and roll the cartons to form round parts.
9.
Place some stuffing in the room.
10.
Pinch the room well to the middle.
11.
Then, of pinch diagonally.

Open the four corners with the hands.
13.
Place the ravioli in a steam grill, then put four farces (green bean, black
mushroom, carrot, egg) in the four corners.
14.
Bring water to a boil, place the grill. Finally, close the lid and cook over

Preparation
Bring
the broth to a simmer over low medium heat. Very slowly stream in the egg, use
a fork to pull strands of the egg gently. Do not stir vigorously, you will have
a mess if you do. Add white pepper and salt. Continue to cook until egg is
done. Serve promptly.

Chinese Ribs Preparation
Judy,
as you requested, from the Spice & Spirit Jewish CB, one of my husband”s
favorites. Use: 10-inch skillet Yields: 4 servings or one husband Heat oil in
10-inch skillet and brown ribs over medium flame. When done remove ribs from
skillet and set aside. In oil remaining in skillet, saute onion, green pepper
and garlic. Add pineapple juice, vinegar, water, ketchup, and soy sauce,
stirring until smooth. Combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce with brown
sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add ribs. Simmer,
uncovered, 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
